Sales Coordinator #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and process sales orders, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise directly with customers on order forecasts, delivery schedules, and precious metal hedging orders.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on customer compliance requirements and due diligence documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GST, import/export regulations, and relevant licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of customer and order information in the system.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP is an added advantage.

• Location: Buroh Street (Company transport provided from Jurong East at 7.30am)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Salary: up to $3,700
