Administration & Marketing Manager - Part-Time

This role is perfect for a fresh graduate, freelancer, or part-timer who wants real marketing experience, creative ownership, and the chance to earn beyond a fixed salary through commissions tied to results.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and schedule Instagram & Facebook content — posts, Reels, Stories
• Run and monitor Google Ads campaigns and boost posts
• Respond to DMs, comments, and online enquiries promptly
• Track campaign analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with the team on promotions and launches
• Support email marketing and patient newsletter blasts
• Assist with photography, Canva graphics, and visual assets

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or pursuing one)
• Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic content creation tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
• Strong written English; bilingual ability is a bonus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads is advantageous
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines independently
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, or fitness industries
• Part-time / Full-time

Salary:

• Base Pay : Competitive base; pro-rated for part-time hours
• Commission: Earn on bookings and new patient conversions driven by your campaigns
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus tied to follower growth and lead targets
