📢 We're Hiring: Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications (6-Month Contract)

📍 Location: Jurong East
🗓️ Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
🕘 Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm or 9:00am – 6:30pm
💼 Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (October 2026 – March 2027)
💰 Salary: Up to $3,300/month

What You'll Do

• Support branding and marketing operations across various initiatives.
• Prepare and consolidate brand health reports and marketing data.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and reporting marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate brand activations, including vendor liaison and logistics.
• Support the organisation of workshops, presentations, and management engagement activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing and communications projects.
• Manage marketing collateral inventory and procurement administration, including purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Handle ad hoc marketing and communications duties as assigned.
