Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications (Contract / west)

📍 Location: Jurong East
💰 Salary: Up to $3,300/month (Fixed)
🕒 Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm / 9.00am–6.30pm
📅 Contract: 6 Months (Oct 2026 – Mar 2027)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support branding and marketing operations
✅ Prepare and consolidate data for brand health reports
✅ Assist in planning, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns
✅ Coordinate brand activations, vendors and logistics
✅ Organise brand workshops and prepare presentation materials
✅ Support management presentations and engagement activities
✅ Handle procurement administration, PO processing, invoice tracking and inventory management of corporate collaterals
✅ Provide administrative and operational support for Marcomms initiatives
✅ Support ad-hoc marketing and communications projects
