Assistant Manager/ Manager, Marketing Development - Part-Time

Job Description

• Develop, review and implement marketing initiatives, in support of branding and marketing objectives under the parent ministry and related agencies.
• Work on branding, creative campaigns and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the organization and its programmes, projects and initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.
• Identify new marketing trends and growth opportunities to support and advance the organization’s programmes, projects and initiatives.
• Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management administrative protocols, so that department officers are well-advised and equipped in programmes/project implementation.
• Plan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns that support and profile the work of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, media or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts
• Good networking capabilities
• Strong organisational, project management and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
