Associate, AI Tools Training & Communications [Govt] - Part-Time

• Location: One North
• Work Timing: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 per month
• Duration: 1 Year (Subject to renewal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and maintain AI training and adoption materials, including user guides, presentations, FAQs, quick reference guides, and communication content.
• Plan and coordinate AI training sessions, workshops, and adoption events with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Manage the onboarding of new AI tool users, coordinate adoption activities, and track adoption metrics to measure engagement and success.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve training materials, learning experiences, and adoption strategies.
• Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools across the organisation.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain, organise, and continuously enhance the AI tools SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Design and produce digital media assets, including banners, infographics, and short videos, to support AI adoption and communication initiatives.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, or any related field
• At least 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate) is an advantage
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI and productivity tools)
