About the Role
We are actively hiring energetic and driven individuals to join our field sales team as Business Development Executives (Field). You will be on the ground, meeting business owners and individuals to introduce our suite of financial solutions — including Working Capital Loans (WCL), Property Loans, COE Renewal and more.
This is a high-earning opportunity for those who are confident, self-motivated, and excited about building real connections in the field.
Products You Will Promote
Detailed product training will be provided. No prior finance background required.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outdoor field outreach —visiting SMEs, commercial areas, industrial estates, and residential zones to generate leads.
• Introduce and explain financial products (WCL, property loans, hire purchase, LOC) to business owners and individual clients.
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads for the advisory/credit team.
• Schedule follow-up appointmentsand hand off warm leads to the processing team.
• Maintain daily activity logs —number of prospects approached, leads generated, and follow-ups required.
• Achieve weekly and monthly field outreach KPIs and lead generation targets.
• Represent ESG Group professionally and compliantly at all times.
What We Are Looking For
• Confident communicator —comfortable approaching strangers and striking up conversations.
• Resilient and target-driven — able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Presentable, professional, and punctual.
• Basic understanding of business financing or willingness to learn quickly.
• Able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in outdoor sales, promoter work, road shows, or telemarketing is a plus — but not mandatory.
• Singaporeans, PRs, and eligible candidates with valid work passes welcome.
