RUNSUN CLOUD PTE LTD is a Singapore-based GPU cloud services company focused on providing GPU computing power and cloud infrastructure services to customers in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and high-performance computing. As the company continues to grow and advance its financing initiatives, we are seeking a highly motivated Capital Markets Intern to support equity and debt financing-related work.

Responsibilities

1. Support the execution of the company's equity and debt financing projects, including preparation of financing materials, information organization, data analysis,and project follow-up.

2. Assist in preparing and refining investor-facing and lender-facing materials, including Business Plans, Pitch Decks, Teasers, IC Memos, management presentations, and other related documents.

3.Participate in building, maintaining, and updating the company's financial models, including revenue forecasts, cost and expense analysis, three-statement projections, valuation analysis, financing structure analysis, scenario analysis, and investor return analysis.

4. Conductindustry research, market research, and competitive analysis across GPU cloud services, AI computing infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, andrelated technology infrastructure sectors.

5. Support due diligence processes with investors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders by collecting, organizing, and maintaining relevant information and documentation.

6.Participate in internal team discussions and project meetings, and assist in preparing meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up materials.

7. Support other capital markets, strategic financing, financial analysis, and management-related work as assigned.

Qualifications

1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline; candidates with both technical and financial backgrounds are preferred.

2. Strong interest in capital markets, corporate finance, equity financing, debt financing, and the technology sector, with an intended career path in investment banking, PE/VC, private credit, investment institutions, or corporate finance.

3. Solid financial knowledge and familiarity with financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and basic capital structure analysis; understanding of DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and investment return analysis is preferred.

4. Strong Excel financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to assist in building, updating, and running sensitivity analyses under guidance.

5.Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare financing materials that are logically structured, professionally presented, and suitable for investors and financial institutions.

6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work in an environment where English is an important working language.

7.Detail-oriented, responsible, execution-focused, and self-motivated, with strong logical thinking, fast learning ability, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

8. Prior internship experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, PE/VC, private credit, USD-denominated investment institutions, Big Four transaction advisory, management consulting, or related institutions is preferred.

9.Long-term interest in or prior research experience related to AI, GPUs, cloud computing, data centers, and technology infrastructure is preferred.
