Communications Executive (Content Development) Jalan Besar - Part-Time

Job Scope

• Audience insights workstream, including synthesising insights into actionable outputs

• Development and refinement of digital platform manuals and guidance materials, including content prepared for AI-enabled queries

• Digital content workstream, including coordination with agencies on content and deliverables

• Application of organisational persona and messaging across live applications, staff touchpoints and brand touchpoints

• Content development, editorial review, and stakeholder and agency coordination

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Holders

• Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to synthesise audience insights into actionable outputs

• Ability to apply organisational persona, messaging and brand guidelines to support clear and effective content across platforms and touchpoints

• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies

• Experience in content development, editorial work, brand application and agency coordination

Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months from appointment date (Tentative Date: 20 July 2026 to 19 January 2027)

Working Arrangement:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Jalan Besar

Salary: $5,000 - $7,500 per month
