Communications Executive - Part-Time

Responsibilities

Group Communications & Marketing Support

• Assist with planning and execution of communication campaigns and activities.
• Support in developing PIL’s corporate and marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, backdrops, videos, among others
• Support the development of media releases, speeches, reports, presentations
• Support logistics for media interviews, photoshoots, and internal events.
• Research communication trends, best practices, and audience insights.
• Maintain content calendars and tracking documents.

Media & Content Creation

• You’ll help bring stories to life through multimedia and digital content.
• Support end-to-end podcast production, including planning, scripting, recording, and editing, using tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or equivalent platforms.
• Coordinate recording sessions and create promotional snippets for publishing.

Photography& Videography

• Capture photos and videos at corporate events, leadership engagements, and campaigns.
• Edit visuals for social media, intranet, reports, and presentations.
• Help organize, maintain and grow the internal media library.

Content Development

• Write and support content such as articles, employee features, social posts, newsletters, and scripts.
• Repurpose content into bite-sized formats like short videos, infographics, and carousels.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand and visual guidelines.

Intranet & Digital Projects

• Improve how employees’ access and engage with information.
• Help design layouts for new intranet pages, including site architecture
• Upload and maintain content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a recognized university in the disciplines of Arts & Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Marketing. 
• Relevant experience in corporate communications, particularly in media, events and branding.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Basic experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Gamma, or similar).
• Microsoft skills in ppt, word, excel, Co-Pilot
• Curious about storytelling, multimedia, branding, and employee engagement.
• Creative with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Familiarity with content management systems (SharePoint is a plus).
