Content Creator & Marketing Executive (6 Months Contract) - Part-Time

About the role

We are a bullion company looking for a driven and creative individual to join our marketing team on a 6-month full-time contract. You will be the engine behind our social media presence; producing compelling content, managing our platforms, creating eye-catching visuals, and producing video content that brings our brand to life across digital channels.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is creative ,organised, and comfortable working independently. This is a fully on-site role, as the nature of content production requires regular use of studio equipment and in-person coordination.

What you will do

Content creation & social media management

• Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Write engaging captions and come up with fresh content ideas aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools

• Monitor platform performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Graphic design

• Design visuals, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for social media, newsletter, and the website using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Ensure all creative assets are consistent with our brand guidelines

Video & multimedia production

• Film, direct, and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories for social media platforms
• Produce and edit podcast episodes and interview-style videos for our website and socials
• Handle basic on-set coordination including lighting, framing, and audio setup where needed

Community & marketing support

• Respond to customer enquiries and comments received through our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Reply to and manage Google Reviews, maintaining a positive and consistent brand voice
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, Design, Media, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates from relevant majors are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools — Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• A portfolio of past content, design, or video work is highly encouraged

Nice to have

• Prior experience or interest in the precious metals, commodities, or finance industry
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Confident behind and in front of the camera — comfortable filming and presenting if required
