Course Consultant/Promoter - Part-Time

We are looking for someone who:

Recruitment & Sales

• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media.
• Conduct consultation sessions to understand learners' career goals.
• Recommend suitable training programmes.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

Course Promotion

• Promote courses through:
  - Roadshows
  - Networking events
  - Exhibitions
  - Online campaigns
  - Community outreach
• Generate new leads through referrals and partnerships.
• Conduct presentations to prospective learners and companies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly

• New enquiries generated
• Follow-up response rate
• Number of enrolments
• Revenue achieved
• Conversion rate
• Repeat customers
• Customer satisfaction score

Important:

This is a 100% Full Commission-Based position. There is no basic salary. Income is derived solely from commissions earned on successful sales and enrolments, with unlimited earning potential.
