Job Summary

If you've ever posted something that actually got traction — a reel, a thread, a video people reshared without being asked — you already think like a digital content creator. We're not looking for someone who knows all the tools. We're looking for someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos, written posts, and long-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences
• Develop content that drives measurable leads by aligning each post with specific marketing goals before publishing
• Generate and test creative ideas rapidly, analyze performance data, and focus on high-impact content to optimize engagement
• Monitor current social media trends and apply them strategically to create original, trend-setting content rather than simply reposting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall growth objectives and brand messaging
  

What you bring to the table

• Maintain a portfolio or social media page showcasing original content that demonstrates creativity and audience engagement
• Write compelling captions, titles, and openers that capture attention and encourage continued reading or viewing
• Comfortable producing content behind the scenes
• Adaptable schedule to balance work with school, family, or other commitments
