Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for managing web portal and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
• Handle e-commerce online orders, printing and arranging for shipping
• Assist in development and implement e-commerce strategies with the General Manager for both B2B and B2C channels
• Assist in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
• Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
• Prepare simple graphic / artwork for promotional campaigns
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects
• Responsible for customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to do basic adobe photoshop, illustration and editing
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media platforms
• Knowledge in E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Tech-Savvy
• Creative and resourceful

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
