Digital Marketing Intern - Part-Time

Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Jurong East

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Marketing Team Lead

Working hours: Flexi 4 Day work week

· Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Bi-Weekly Saturdays Morning.

· Working hours may start earlier than 9am, due to onsite projects.

Job Description:

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Help with the design and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Schedule and post content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Compile research findings into reports for the marketing team.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking campaign performance, and providing feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new campaign ideas.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist with event logistics, such as coordinating materials and setting up booths.
• Analyse marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing assets.
• Assist with project management tasks and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Students currently undergoing diploma studies in Business/Marketing/Media or Mass Communications or degree studies in Business/Marketing/Advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tactics, including SEO and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Keen learner and willing to take on challenges.
