Digital Marketing Internship - Part-Time

THE ROLE

You will be the face of the platform (greetsquare.com) and be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote Greetsquare. You will leverage digital channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who is passionate about digital trends, loves producing content, and wants real-world experience in a fast-growing HR tech startup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms)
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and captions that reflect Greetsquare's brand personality
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels
• Manage company social media accounts and respond to community inquiries promptly

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, and other social media dashboards to track campaign performance

General Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Support SEO efforts and paid advertising initiatives
• Contribute to ad-hoc marketing tasks and special projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with digital marketing or content creation experience are welcome to apply
• Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with limited supervision
