Education & Operation Assistant (Intern) - Part-Time

Play a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering meaningful enrichment experiences to schools in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting youth development and learning. There will be opportunities to be on-site in schools

Our Programmes:

We design and run a variety of enrichment and CCA programmes for primary, secondary and tertiary education students, focusing on areas such as:

• Coding & Robotics
• Media Production (e.g. Photography, Videography)
• Art (e.g. Digital Art, Stopmotion Animation, 3D Modelling)
• Business & Life Skills (e.g. E-Commerce, Career Guidance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Support & Logistics: Prepare logistics and materials for school training sessions, ensuring all materials and resources are ready and well-organised.
• Occasional On-Site Support: Provide assistance at school venues when required, such as assisting with training or on-site coordination when required.
• Post-Programme Deliverables: Assist with the preparation and follow-up of training materials, documentation, and administrative tasks after programme completion.
• Content & Materials Development: Help in the creation or refinement of training collaterals and resources.
• Programme Research: Contribute ideas and support the development of new enrichment initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure programme success.
