Event Survey Promoters (Short Term: 1 Month) - Part-Time

Location: IslandwideSport Centres

• $15 / hour, approximately 3 to 8-hour shift subject to event schedule

• Able to commit for at least 3 – 4 event days between Mid Jul to Early Aug, including a balanced mix of weekdays and weekends.

Job Scope

-       Able to approach event attendees - to encourage survey self-completion

-       Able to handle attendees’ queries, and feedback. Customer service oriented.

-       Adhere to work schedules, and submit feedback, and updates to the supervisor timely.

-       Survey promoter will be required to meet reasonable hourly targets.

Job requirements and expectations

-       GCE "N'' Level and above preferably

-       Relevant experience in customer service would be beneficial

-       Good communication and interpersonal skills

-       Comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with intermittent breaks in between)
