Executive, Marketing, MTV Entertainment, Asia (6 Months) - Part-Time

Reporting to the Director, Marketing lead in Asia for MTV Entertainment, your role is to carry out marketing campaigns and digital marketing communications activities in Asia. You will also perform market research on brand awareness, market trends that will help shape our marketing executions. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, affiliate partners and more. Part of your role includes growing and engaging our social media followers with the MTV Entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

Social Media and Digital Marketing Management:

• Manage MTVE's social media platforms and digital channels, ensuring alignment with branding strategies
• Implement and schedule digital promotions, both division-specific and brand-specific, collaborating with the brand team to meet campaign objectives

Marketing Campaign Implementation:

• Execute marketing initiatives across various digital platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with agencies and affiliate partners to develop campaign materials
• Coordinate assets and campaigns with all local teams across Asia to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies
• Provide marketing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the department

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor, track, analyse and report on social platform performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications with 2 years of social, digital and/or media and content-related experience
• A good understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism and youth. Passion for music would be a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic and global environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with who can work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent research, writing and editing skills with a flair in creativity and design
