Freelance Marketer - Part-Time

Are you interested in providing pro-bono services to start-ups and gain hands-on experience in driving web traffic and lead conversions? This role combines data-driven strategy and creative execution, building a powerful online presence across key social platforms. Depending on business opportunities in future, there might be paid assignments on project basis with selected clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize integrated social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn, including budget planning and content ideation.
• Plan, create and distribute engaging content in various formats. Assist in brainstorming and refining product ideas accordingly.
• Leverage AI tools to create media content tailored to the targeted marketing needs.
• Collect and analyse audience data to create comprehensive reports, refining future campaigns based on specific KPIs.
• Monitor competing brands and stay informed about social media trends.
• Regularly update on campaign progress, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
• Provide ongoing support as the business grows.

Key requirements

• Exposure to related academic or professional training in this field an advantage.
• Able to develop branding strategies and launch plans for new businesses.
• Relevant experience in Paid Ads-related activities a plus.
• Good communication skills, especially in providing virtual guidance.
• Sense of urgency to get things done, follow through and move things forward.
• Proactive, responsible and resourceful, with a positive/entrepreneur mindset.
• Creative and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
• Able to freelance or commit in the next few months.
