Freelance Marketing Executive - Part-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Marketing Executive to support our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with customers, and assisting with daily marketing operations on a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company's daily marketing activities and campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
• Create marketing content such as social media posts, short videos, posters, and promotional materials.
• Respond to customer enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
• Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with marketing enquiries and maintain customer engagement.
• Coordinate marketing promotions, events, and advertising activities.
• Monitor social media performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
• Conduct basic market research and keep up with industry trends.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer engagement is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Creative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to support daily marketing operations on a flexible schedule.
