Freelance Recruitment Officer - Part-Time

At Luminance, we are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join us as Freelance Recruitment Officers to help grow our team of financial consultants.

This is a flexible, recurring freelance role suitable for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Source and reach out to potential candidates through social media, networking, and referrals

• Promote internship and career opportunities under Luminance

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with management

• Assist in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and outreach events

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, or TikTok

• Self-driven and responsible

• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets

• Prior recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
