Albus Arts and Design is a creative education studio dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists, designers, and creative thinkers. We offer portfolio development and exploratory art programs across disciplines including Fashion Design, Fine Art, Architecture, Product Design, Animation, and Digital Arts.

We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Videographer to help capture and produce visually compelling content that showcases our students, programs, creative process, and studio culture across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality artistic videos and photos during classes, workshops, events, and student activities.
• Create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Facebook.
• Film creative processes, student work, studio environments, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit videos into polished social media content that aligns with Albus's premium and artistic brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and teaching team to develop content ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Organize and manage video footage and media assets efficiently.
• Occasionally assist with photography for marketing materials and website content.

Requirements

• Experience in videography, content creation, filmmaking, media production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and short-form video storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong creative vision.
• Strong attention to detail, composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
• Own camera equipment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Art, Design, Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related creative disciplines.
• Graduate or current student from an Art School, Design School, Film School, or Creative Media programme.
• Prior experience working with education centres, art schools, creative institutions, or youth-focused programmes.
• Understanding of fashion, art, design, architecture, or creative education is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and content marketing strategies.
