Job Title: Content Producer & Marketing Executive (4-Day Work Week)

Role Overview

Fashion Makerspace is looking for a creative, organized Content Producer to be the voice and lens of our studio. You will work closely with our sewing instructors to inspire and grow our community and institution!

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Production (60%)

* Create promotional videos and photo posts (3 times a week)

* The Daily Reel

* ⁠Collaborate with instructors to create useful content

1. Community & Growth (20%)

* Community Engagement over social media

* Ad-hoc collaborations with other makers , partners or students

3. Systems & Analytics (20%)

* Schedule posts 2 weeks in advance

* Monthly Report and tracking of post/ ad performance

Skills & Requirements

- Proficient in CapCut or any video editing tools, and Canva

- ⁠Creative and resourceful

* An interest in fashion, DIY culture, and sustainability.

* Good at time management

Job Requirements:

Experienced candidates from the field of Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or Events Management may apply.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro in video editing
• Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Excellent copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of Google, Instagram and Facebook Ads and Analytics

Job Workplace arrangement:

• Work from Studio
• 4 days work week
• 8 hours each workday
• $2500 to $2800 (depending on experience)
