Job Summary

Chief APAC (SG) seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead product marketing design and localization, ensuring brand consistency and clear communication through creative advertisements and accurate translation of technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute compelling digital and print advertisements for product lines across social media, e-commerce, and retail channels to drive engagement and sales
• Translate, adapt, and re-layout product packaging and marketing collateral from Chinese to English, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
• Maintain and uphold company brand guidelines across all visual assets to ensure consistent brand identity
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to verify technical accuracy in translated instructional media
• Organize and manage digital design assets, templates, and localized project files for efficient retrieval and reuse
• Support management with additional creative or design-related tasks as needed to meet business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to accurately translate and localize technical instructions and product specifications
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva Premium, and Capcut for high-quality design production
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or advertising demonstrating strong creative and technical skills
• Submission of a strong design portfolio showcasing creative ad campaigns, clean layouts, and attention to detail

• Ability to stay current with social media content trends to create captivating and relevant designs
• Proactive, meticulous, and independent work style with the ability to perform accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a 5-day work week or alternative schedule as discussed
