Overview

We are looking for a motivated Marcomms Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help grow our brand through social media content creation, email marketing, supporting our website redesign, and assisting with influencer and blogger outreach. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging posts for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  
• Influencer & Blogger Outreach: Help identify and reach out to potential influencers and bloggers for collaboration opportunities.
  
• Email Marketing (EDMs): Assist in creating, building, and sending email campaigns to our subscribers.
  
• Website Redesign Support: Assist with tasks for our website redesign, such as content organization and basic updates.
  
• Brand Awareness: Help implement strategies to reach our target audience and grow our online community.
  

E-Commerce Fulfillment (when required)

• Assist eCommerce order packing and logistics arrangement
  
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch.
  
• Assist with order returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to internal policies.
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Familiar with major social media platforms and trends.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  
• Experience with design tools like Canva or basic video editing (Bonus).
  
• Min. 3 days work week preferred and able to commit at least 6 months.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 09:00AM - 6:00PM
  
• Per Hourly Rate: $11.00 - $13.00
