Marketing & Business Development Intern - Part-Time

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in growing Slurpy Bear (B2C brand). From creating content to spotting new business opportunities, you'll get exposure to both the creative and strategic sides of building a fast-growing consumer brand.

Youradventures:

1. Content & Campaign Execution

•       Create engaging content for our social media, website, and digital channels.

•       Brainstorm fresh content ideas based on trends, customer feedback, and market insights.

•       Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

2. Market Research & Expansion

•       Analyse customer behaviour, reviews, and purchasing patterns to uncover insights.

•       Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and gaps.

•       Explore new product ideas and business opportunities to support brand expansion.

•       Support strategic projects that help the brand grow and reach new audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

•       Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

•       Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-pacedenvironment.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.

•       Excellent written and spoken English.

•       Comfortable using Canva to create content (experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus).

•       A team player who communicates well, takes initiative, and isn'tafraid to share ideas.

•       Bonus points if you're always the friend who sends trending TikToks, memes, or marketing campaigns to the group chat.
