Marketing & Business Development Assistant

F&B Industry - Indonesian Restaurant

Full scope of marketing and digital marketing work, including marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, design concepts, art direction, producing marketing decks and collaterals etc.
Full scope of Business Development work, including collaborations, partnerships, events management, handle delivery platform, offline & online shop, negotiating price with vendors and generate sales report.
To develop new marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products and increase sales offline & online.

Requirements
Strong experience in Marketing and Business Development.
Strong experience in Digital Marketing.
Demonstrate experience in building and enhancing websites
Strong marketing strategy in Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok and Google Analytics
Has excellent command of English & Bahasa Indonesia (written, verbal and interpersonal), and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules.

Highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency

Confident, meticulous, independent, creative individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, to communicate with Indonesian customers/vendor & to organize Indonesian food events.
