Marketing & Communications Executive (1-Year Contract) - Part-Time

As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the management and creative team to plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for both our clients and in-house brands.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging content including captions, articles, EDMs and marketing materials.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, creative team members, vendors, partners and influencers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support photoshoots, videoshoots and content production where required.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentation decks, reports and campaign performance summaries.
• Manage and update websites, blogs and social media platforms.
• Support lead generation, partnership development and business development activities.
• Assist in organising marketing events, activations and promotional campaigns.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internship or relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Passion for digital marketing, branding, content creation and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type (Full-Time, 1-Year Contract)

• This role is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract. Subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and the Company's operational requirements, the contract may be renewed or converted to a permanent position at the Company's discretion.
