Marketing & Social Media Intern — Beauty & Wellness - Part-Time

Heart Springs Spa is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our marketing activities, social media platforms, content creation, campaign execution and outlet promotions.

The intern will also assist in managing our social media platforms. This includes preparing and scheduling posts, creating simple photo and video content, drafting captions, monitoring comments and messages, supporting campaigns, and tracking basic social media performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu and Lemon8
• Schedule and publish approved posts, stories, reels and campaign content
• Monitor comments, messages and social media enquiries
• Escalate customer enquiries, complaints or booking-related matters to the relevant team
• Create photo and video content for treatments, products, promotions and outlet updates
• Prepare Canva designs such as posters, social media posts, vouchers and promotional visuals
• Draft captions and campaign messages in English and/or Chinese
• Support monthly promotions, festive campaigns and outlet marketing activities
• Research social media trends, beauty/wellness content ideas and competitor activities
• Track basic platform performance such as engagement, reach, followers and enquiries
• Assist with organising marketing files, content calendars and simple reports

Requirements:

• Student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design or related fields
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu
• Able to use Canva and/or CapCut
• Good written English; Chinese writing ability is a plus
• Creative, organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable travelling to outlets for content shoots when required
• Interest in beauty, wellness, spa, TCM, skincare or lifestyle content is an advantage
