The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on marketing support professional to assist with day-to-day campaign execution, website content management, speaker coordination, and social media operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Update and maintain website content through the CMS platform 

• Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various channels 

• Coordinate interview arrangements, including scheduling and communications 

Requirements 

• Strong organisational and coordination skills 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools 

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously 

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders 

• Prior experience in events, marketing, or conference environments is an advantage
