Marketing Communications Executive - Part-Time

We are a well-established chiropractic and wellness clinic seeking a proactive Part-Time Outreach & Marketing Executive to help us expand our community health education efforts through school and corporate health talks.

This role focuses on initiating contact, building relationships, and arranging health talk sessions with schools, companies, and organisations across Singapore.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Reach out to schools, corporate offices, and organisations via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits

Introduce and promote our health talk programmes (posture, spinal health, workplace ergonomics, wellness)

Schedule and coordinate health talk sessions and outreach events

Follow up with prospects to secure bookings and maintain relationships

Maintain a simple outreach tracker (contacts, responses, appointments)

Work closely with the clinic team to align messaging and availability of speakers

🎯 Requirements

Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to decision-makers (school admins, HR, etc.)

Strong verbal and written English

Self-motivated and results-driven (able to work independently)

Comfortable with phone outreach and occasional face-to-face visits

Prior experience in sales, marketing, education outreach, or events is an advantage

No specific degree required, but professionalism is essential
