Marketing Executive (4 Months Maternity Cover Sep To Dec 2026) - Part-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 4-month (September to December 2026) maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and graphic design, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels, creating engaging marketing materials, managing social media and website content, and helping to strengthen the Company’s brand presence in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and develop creative marketing collaterals for both print and digital platforms across Singapore store accounts.

·        Create, schedule and manage digital advertising creatives for social medias and/or other digital channels.

·        Manage and update website content (WooCommerce knowledge preferred) to ensure information is accurate and current.

·        Support the management of social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

·        Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.

·        Coordinate the production of marketing materials with external vendors when required.

·        Provide day-to-day marketing operational support to the team and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

·        Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related discipline.

·        1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, graphic design or digital marketing, preferably within the retail/consumer goods industry.

·        Proficient in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).

·        Experience creating both print and digital marketing collaterals, with a portfolio showcasing brand or product design work.

·        Familiar with digital marketing platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads.

·        Basic knowledge of website content management; experience with WooCommerce will be an advantage.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·        Well-organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to commit to the full contract duration.
