Marketing Executive (6 Months Contract) - Part-Time

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, design projects and events. The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with brand guidelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Content Creation

• Design and develop marketing materials including POSM, brochures, packaging and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist with product photography and videography.
• Create and update content for social media, websites, EDMs and campaign landing pages.
• Support the planning and execution of monthly content calendars.
• Write and adapt marketing copy for various communication channels.

2. Events & Activation

• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, events and activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, marketing materials and vendor arrangements.
• Assist with on-site event setup and ensure smooth event execution.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, design or events.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent).
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
