Job Summary

Support marketing efforts by creating and editing engaging social media content, managing digital platforms, and optimizing online presence to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Edit project footage and design clips into engaging Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels to increase social media engagement
• Schedule social media posts, write captions, and respond to direct messages and comments to maintain active community interaction
• Capture on-site photos and videos of workshops, installations, and finished work using a phone to generate authentic content
• Support website SEO initiatives and manage Google Ads landing pages and customer reviews to improve online visibility
• Maintain and organize the design and project content library for easy access and consistent branding
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify effective strategies and optimize future campaigns
• Use CapCut, CapCut Pro, Premiere, and Canva to produce high-quality visual content with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Apply knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and RED platform algorithms and trends to create content that resonates with target audiences
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse client base
• Demonstrate proactivity by experimenting with new content ideas and delivering completed work on schedule

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Media, or Design disciplines
• Possess a portfolio showcasing relevant video editing and content creation skills
