Marketing Intern - Part-Time

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Marketing Intern to support the marketing team across day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and events. This role offers broad exposure to how marketing works in practice and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience supporting multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Assist with coordinating timelines, materials, and internal approvals.
• Help prepare and update marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, posters, and basic content.
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, activations, and outreach activities.
• Assist with event logistics, registrations, materials preparation, and on-site support where required.
• Help with post-event follow-ups and simple reporting.
• Maintain marketing trackers, schedules, and documentation.
• Support updates to marketing information across platforms (e.g. websites, listings, internal documents).
• Assist with coordination between internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Support research on competitors, campaigns, or market activity.
• Assist with tracking and reporting of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship (3 to 6 months) commencing from August 2026.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week on alternate Saturdays.
