We're an all-day café and bar in Singapore's CBD. Specialty coffee by day, cocktails and wine by night. We've got strong algorithmic reach, a growing community, and a brand personality that actually has something to say. Now we need someone to help us say it louder.

The Role

Love scrolling TikTok for inspiration? Always the first to know what's buzzing on Telegram? Ever watched a brand post go viral and thought "I could totally do that"?

We're looking for a Marketing Intern who's excited to create scroll-stopping content, brainstorm bold ideas, and learn digital marketing hands-on across Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. You'll work directly with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life — from catchy captions to content drops people actually share.

This internship is a minimum of 6 months, with a real opportunity to convert to a full-time role if we vibe well together

What You'll Be Doing

• Trendspot like a pro — research what's hot on TikTok and Telegram and find clever ways to jump on it before everyone else does
• Plan and create content — Telegram blasts people actually read, TikToks that stop the scroll, Instagram posts that make people tag their friends
• Brainstorm ideas for campaigns, event promotions, and online stunts (we like fun ideas here )
• Help manage the content calendar — schedule posts, track performance, and make sure everything goes out on time
• Support KOL outreach and creator coordination
• Learn along the way — content strategy, social media analytics, community building, and how a hospitality brand actually grows

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

• Are genuinely obsessed with social media trends and understand what clicks with Singapore audiences
• Can write content that sounds like a human being, not a corporate robot
• Know your way around Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram
• Are comfortable on Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Are proactive, self-driven, and don't need someone to brief you every morning
• Can commit to at least 3 months full-time — bonus points if you're open to staying on
