Borderlessbutter is a modern food brand reimagining butter as a canvas for creativity. From artisanal compound butters and retail products to hands-on workshops, we believe food should spark curiosity, connection and joy.

Content Strategy & Ideation

• Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas across Instagram & TikTok
• Research social media trends and adapt them to Borderlessbutter's brand voice
• Develop content pillars and recurring series and posting calendar the brand
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Social Media Content Production

• Plan, script and storyboard engaging short-form videos
• Film founder-led content, product showcases, café moments, workshops and behind-the-scenes footage
• Direct shoots and ensure content feels authentic, engaging and platform-native
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media
• Optimise videos for audience retention and engagement
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Marketing & Brand Support

• Support product launches, campaigns, collaborations and workshops
• Assist in creating marketing assets and promotional materials
• Contribute ideas to grow Borderlessbutter's online community and brand presence
• Occasionally assist during events, pop-ups and workshops by capturing live content

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Passionate about content creation, storytelling and social media
• Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing shoots
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Creative, resourceful and proactive
• Able to work independently while taking ownership of projects
• Organised with good time management and attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience managing or growing social media accounts
Passion for food, cafés, hospitality or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite

Other Information

• Duration: min. 3-months or flexible, immediate start/August (Exact dates open for discussion). 

• Working Hours: Part-time/Full-time (can be discussed)

• Location: Hybrid / On-site. Primarily at our main office, with occasional travel to event locations during event days, and WFH
