Marketing Manager - Part-Time

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a forever-learning and versatile marketer who will be responsible for overseeing our marketing activities in Singapore.

The Marketing Manager will be accountable for the planning and execution of our marketing strategy in Singapore. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of channels and business natures.

The role is based in Singapore and you’ll work closely with our HQ team (Hong Kong) and regional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution in Singapore.
• Ensure new products are launched successfully through effective leadership cross-functional teams and colleagues to maximize the impact.
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, agencies and media, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budgets and allocate funds wisely.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Strong collaborator with ability to influence others and take full ownership of results.
• Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in consumer behaviors and trends
• Is an organized and critical thinker, with an ability to see the big picture and tackle complex problems in a methodical and organized manner.
• Has a truly global mindset, being able to work with a multicultural team as well as empathize with the needs of consumers in a broad spectrum of cultures.

YOUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in campaign and marketing
• Proven track record of lead and conduct successful marketing activities
• Comfort with Slack, Asana, G-Suite.
• Has a knack for communicating and inspiring people.
• Awareness and ability to apply ESG related initiatives.
• Prior experience in sustainability related projects or in sustainable companies is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English (being multilingual is a plus)
• Bachelor Degree in related field
