Marketing Specialist (1-Year Contract) - Part-Time

Our client, a leading US multinational company in the life sciences industry, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns, coordinate events, and drive brand consistency across marketing channels.

Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract
Location: West
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and localisation of marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, digital banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Review and proofread marketing content to ensure consistency with corporate branding and messaging.
• Manage branding and legal approval processes for marketing assets.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with the marketing team to optimise digital initiatives.
• Consolidate and process campaign leads, web form submissions, and marketing data.
• Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, giveaways, logistics, and payment processing.
• Monitor marketing inventory and ensure promotional materials are adequately stocked.
• Provide on-site support for marketing events, conferences, seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in content creation, editing, and digital marketing.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and Bing.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Comfortable travelling within Singapore (approximately 10–20%) to support marketing events and activities.
