Media Account Specialist (US Tech MNC) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global technology company – to hire a Media Account Specialist to support advertisers in achieving their business objectives through digital advertising strategy, campaign optimisation, and account growth.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional who enjoys combining digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic account management. You'll work with a portfolio of advertisers, providing consultative recommendations, optimising campaign performance across Google Ads products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and long-term growth.

The Talent

• Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, digital marketing, advertising, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience managing or supporting advertiser accounts within a digital advertising or media environment.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, technical, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning digital marketing trends, advertising technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise or large advertiser accounts will be advantageous.
• Business-level proficiency in both Vietnamese and English with the ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese stakeholders and support translation/localisation of marketing materials and communications for the Vietnamese market.

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts by developing campaign strategies and optimising performance to achieve customer business objectives.
• Drive account growth through implementation of campaign solutions across Google Ads products, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth plans and identify opportunities to increase customer investment across advertising products.
• Recommend multi-product advertising solutions and support sales teams in developing effective growth strategies for advertisers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer digital maturity through automation, process improvements, attribution strategies, and broader product adoption.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers by supporting product adoption, training, campaign initiatives, and issue resolution.
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimise advertising spend and maximise return on investment.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments through ongoing learning and training.
• Share best practices, success stories, and insights internally to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
