Part-Time Marketing Support Specialist

We are looking for a self-driven and creative Part-Time Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, PDF) for internal and external audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage social media content calendar (optional, depending on company needs).
• Lead the hosting of company events, including planning, logistics, vendor communication, attendee management, and on-site coordination.
• Facilitate communication by bringing together multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
• Participate in overseas business trips (potential opportunity).
• Assist with other marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Strong design sense with the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms a plus.
• Self-motivated and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event management preferred.
