Hi! We are EastGem, a recently established biotech startup in Singapore. We are looking for inspiring candidates who can bring our business to the next level.

During the first 2 months of probation, salary is base ($400/month) + commission & reward. For every bottle sold, there's a 20% commission (retail price is $88/bottle, so you will get $17.60 commission). For every 20 bottles sold, you'll get a reward of $500. You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and proposing sales and marketing strategies, including liaising with business partners to facilitate product entry into their platforms
• Participate in any roadshows or sales activities if needed
• Maintain social media and e-commerce platforms for the company’s marketing and sales activities
• Build up a customer base record
• Report to the executive director and shareholders on achievements on a biweekly basis
• Assisting in hiring and training sales person
• Assist in working with delivery company for delivery of goods

After 2 months, if the candidate is deemed capable, he or she will be promoted to the sales manager role and salary will be increased to basic ($500/month) + commission & reward.
