About Albus Arts and Design

Albus Arts and Design is a Singapore-based creative education studio specialising in art portfolio preparation, design education, and creative exploration programmes for children and teenagers. We work with students applying to leading art and design universities such as UAL, Parsons, RISD, Pratt, and LASALLE.

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Part-Time Xiaohongshu (RED) Content Creator to help grow our online presence and share inspiring stories about art, design, creativity, and education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging Xiaohongshu content aligned with the Albus brand.
• Write compelling Chinese captions and educational content related to:Art & Design Education University Portfolio Preparation (Fashion Design, Architecture, Product Design, Creative Learning for Children and Teenagers)
• Design simple graphics, cover images, and post layouts.
• Assist in content planning and monthly content calendars.
• Research trending topics and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing and teaching team to gather content and student success stories.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Active Xiaohongshu user with a strong understanding of the platform.
• Excellent written Chinese communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging educational and lifestyle-related content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Art, Design, Education, Media, or related fields.
• Experience managing Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, or social media accounts.
• Knowledge of art, fashion, design, architecture, or creative education is highly advantageous.
• Current student or graduate from NUS, NTU, LASALLE, NAFA, SMU, or other relevant institutions.
