Job Description:
This is not a senior project manager role. You will work alongside experienced project managers to help coordinate funded content projects — tracking progress, checking deliverables, preparing papers, and keeping things moving. You'll also get exposure to media measurement and audience analytics.
What you'll do:
Project Coordination (70%)
Assist project managers in evaluating proposals from industry partners and preparing submission papers for approval
Support project implementation — prepare LOF templates, monitor project progress, check deliverables, and prepare project updates
Help manage variation or change requests from partners
Projects span Youth Engagement, Children's Content, Premium Content, Content Sandbox, and Tech Capabilities
Media Measurement Support (20%)
Research and support the acquisition of new measurement tools
Analyse audience response data from surveys, consultations, and online analytics
Prepare performance reports and close-out assessments for funded content
Stakeholder & Admin Support (10%)
Assist in managing public and industry feedback on PSM projects
Help organise meetings, industry visits, and dialogues with stakeholders and advisory committees
Support the development of comms plans and messages for PSM initiatives
Must-Have:
Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar capacity
Strong analytical and research skills — comfortable working with data from surveys, reports, or analytics platforms
Good writing skills — able to prepare clear submission papers, project updates, and communications materials
Detail-oriented and organised — able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
Collaborative team player who works well with internal teams and external partners
Good-to-Have:
Familiarity with media measurement tools or digital analytics platforms
Interest in the media landscape — broadcast, digital, and social media
Experience in government or public sector environments
