Public Relations / Comms Specialist (Healthcare MNC/ 6 Months) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Opportunity for a renowned MNC in the consumer goods industry (lenses). This is a good opportunity to support scientific engagement, professional education, professional conferences, partnerships and medical communications initiatives globally. 
• Mon - Fri: Office Hours
• Location: Central
• 6 Months contract 
• Salary: up to $5800 (subjected to experience) 

The Talent

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications or related field.
• 3-4 years’ experience in medical affairs, scientific/B2B communications, marketing, business or professional education, preferably within eye care, pharma, health care or med-tech.
• Experience working in global teams or in an international environment is a plus.
• Previous work with professional associations, experts, professional conferences or medical/B2B content creation is a plus.

Job Description

• Support coordination and logistics for activities with partner organizations and professional associations
• Assist in executing medical communications plans, including global conferences and scientific outreach
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing scientific content such as press releases, social media, and training materials
• Manage expert content delivery for a global learning platform
• Track deliverables and support reporting for medical and professional affairs initiatives
• Collaborate with global medical advisors and external agencies to develop and review digital assets
• Support presence at key professional events to strengthen strategic categories
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and timelines for professional relations projects
• Perform other duties aligned with evolving global priorities
