Regional Public Relations Specialist - Part-Time

Job Summary

To drive PR and communications strategies across Southeast Asia, while overseeing media relations in Singapore. The role encompasses regional PR strategy, agency management and corporate communications, as well as sustainability reporting and internal communications.

Key Accountabilities

Regional & Singapore PR 

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies across Southeast Asia
• Manage media relations and outreach in Singapore
• Oversee the development of press materials, media stories and executive content
• Support product launches, campaigns and PR activations
• Partner with country teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
• Oversee regional PR agencies and monitor performance in line with agreed KPIs, including media coverage tracking and outcomes

Sustainability Communications & Reporting 

• Coordinate the regional sustainability reporting process with internal and external stakeholders
• Consolidate and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and alignment across markets in line with reporting requirements
• Support development of the sustainability report, including content review and validation
• Support the management of project timelines to ensure smooth and timely completion of sustainability activities

 Internal & Corporate Communications 

• Manage internal communications, including monthly newsletters
• Support the development of corporate messaging and executive communications
• Develop and manage communications for key spokespersons, including briefing materials, interview talking points and Q&A content
• Ensure consistency across internal and external communications

Key Job Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience, preferably with regional exposure
• Strong experience in media relations
• Proven track record in agency management
• Strong writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience in developing and editing press materials, including technical content
• Strong project management capabilities
• Experience in sustainability/ESG communications is a plus
