SALES & MARKETTING - Part-Time

1. E-Commerce & Platform Management

• Storefront Operations: Set up, manage, and optimize our online stores across platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and other relevant e-commerce channels.

• Product Listings: Manage inventory listings, write compelling product descriptions, and optimize pricing strategies for the items we procure.

• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth fulfillment and excellent customer service.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Email Marketing: Design, write, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat sales.

• EDM & Promo Design: Create visually appealing Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), banners, and other digital promotional assets to support sales campaigns.

• Campaign Management: Plan and run seasonal promotions, discounts, and platform-specific ads (e.g., Shopee Ads) to boost product visibility.

3. Sales Execution & B2B Outreach

• Lead Generation: Manage inbound inquiries and actively reach out to potential buyers via email and professional channels.

• International Sales: Identify and pursue cross-border sales opportunities to expand our trading business globally.

• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and corporate clients through professional email correspondence.
