Phase 2: Polishing Skillset & Team Building 

- Learn the basics of recruitment and team building. 

- Sharpen sales skillset while learning how to share the knowledge. 

Phase 3: Entrepreneurship 

- Learn how to run your own business. 

- Managing bigger teams and coordinating sharing sessions. 

- Stakeholder and relationship management.
