Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leasing & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise revenue across F&B, retail, experiential, and lifestyle spaces.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and unlock additional revenue streams through innovative space utilisation and flexible leasing concepts.
• Establish pricing strategies, lease structures, and commercial terms to optimise asset performance.
• Monitor occupancy, rental performance, and revenue targets, recommending strategies to maximise commercial returns.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, engage, negotiate, and secure high-quality tenants, brands, and commercial partners.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from prospecting and negotiations through to deal execution.
• Structure innovative commercial partnerships, including revenue-sharing and experiential collaborations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and strategic partners.

Tenant Mix & Precinct Development

• Balance anchor tenants, experiential concepts, retail, and F&B offerings to enhance visitor experience and drive footfall.
• Partner closely with the Events and Marketing teams to ensure commercial offerings complement precinct programming and activations.
• Continuously evaluate tenant performance and recommend refresh strategies based on visitor trends and market demand.

Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Analyse leasing performance, occupancy rates, tenant sales, and visitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Recommend lease renewals, rental adjustments, and space optimisation initiatives based on commercial performance.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports, commercial forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
